Warranties and support

Valtimo is provided under EUPL on an ‘as is’ basis and without warranties of any kind. As an add-on, code base lead Ritense offers warranties and support for Valtimo. This includes:  

  1. Responsibility for delivering a secure product. This is includes hot fixes in emergency situations, access to security scans and the right to audit our procedures.  
  2. Guarantees on product functioning. Including direct access to the product development team. Do you need an extra feature in the product? We listen to our contributers.  
  3. Product Support Including access to our managed services team and the ability to get consultancy on site.
